  • Yes! Our classes are fully hands-on. You’ll be actively shaping, mixing, piping, laminating, and baking.

  • Yes, absolutely. We focus on techniques that translate well to a home kitchen. However, using the right tools can make the experience more seamless and help you achieve the best results. If you’d like guidance, you can explore our Baking Essentials page, where we’ve gathered the tools we use and recommend.

  • Yes! We offer free, on-site parking for our guests. You’ll be able to park directly at the bakery, making your visit easy and convenient.

  • While we do not have a strict age requirement, most of our regular workshops are designed for adults and are paced accordingly. Depending on the class, younger participants may find the experience long or technically challenging.

For children and younger bakers, we generally recommend our Little Chefs Academy summer camp program, which is specifically designed with kids in mind. The recipes are more age-appropriate, classes include breaks, and we provide additional supervising staff to create a fun, supportive, and engaging environment for younger participants.

If you would still like to bring your child to one of our regular classes, children must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times. Both the adult and the child must each have their own reservation, and the accompanying adult is responsible for supervising the child throughout the class.

  • Unfortunately, due to limited space and for safety reasons, we cannot accommodate guests or spectators in the classroom during workshops.

Everyone attending the class must have a reservation and be an active participant in the workshop. This helps us maintain a comfortable learning environment and ensures enough workspace, tools, and instructor attention for each guest.
