Croissants & Kitchen Table: A Lebanese-French Brunch
In partnership with Habibi Supper Club
Two tables, two traditions, one very full morning.
L'Atelier and Habibi Supper Club are coming together for a brunch that lives at the crossroads of French technique and Lebanese soul. Founder Miled Finianos built Habibi to recreate the feeling of his grandmother's table in Lebanon, where the meal was always generous and the welcome never ran out.
We're bringing that same spirit into our kitchen, alongside croissants made our way.
You'll start with a live demo of Lebanese-style croissants, laminated dough shaped around za'atar, cheese, and chocolate. Then it's your turn. Roll up your sleeves and shape your own, using the techniques you just watched, before we send them into the oven.
While they proof and later bake, settle in for a full Lebanese breakfast with French influence; the kind of spread meant to be shared, passed around, and lingered over.
When your croissants are ready, warm and golden, the choice is yours: enjoy them on-site with the rest of the table, or wrap them up and take them home.
Come hungry, mes amis, habibis. Leave with new skills, a full plate, and croissants only you can say you made.
